This review must necessarily be divided into two separate parts. The purchase itself - and my opinion of Gak as a retailer. First: the Presonus Audiobox iTwo audio interface. This proved to be a complete disappointment due to the fact that its volume output to the PC (Windows 10) was minimal to the point of being insignificant, Subsequent research revealed this to be a common complaint on this item. I would advise anyone interested to think again. Now the second half of this review. Although the item I ordered had to be returned due to its inherent shortcomings, this does not detract from the service provided by Gak itself. The response and subsequent actions of their customer service representative was exemplary in dealing with the situation. Prompt in replies to my e-mails, and efficient in assisting me throughout; I would therefore have no hesitation in purchasing from this company on a future occasion. Consequently; although it may appear contradictory, my high rating of four stars is entirely for Gak. If possible I would separately apportion only one star for the device itself. And this is entirely for the solid build quality but definitely NOT for the efficiency of the Audiobox as a workable unit.

Good service from GAK.Less of a good service from the courier. The box the guitar arrived in had been opened at the bottom & the protective sleeve ripped. It seems curiosity overcame someone, fortunately the guitar was undamaged.

Very disappointed, I bought some items and the site said it was in stock, but after paying, I received an email saying that was out of stock and they would notify me when they get the item back. So the days gone and have been nearly TWO months and I had to cancel the order, I'm tired of excuses and nothing happen after that, don't trust them.It's at your own risk, I don't recommend this company, links blocked already in my browser.

Next day delivery did not happen and I had taken the day off work. Fedex claimed they tried to deliver item at 8:55am but I was sitting in the front room waiting and even if I'd missed them (which I didn't) no card was left stating 'delivery attempted'. My daughter stayed in for me the next day and delivery finally happened late afternoon. I don't blame GAK, I blame Fedex.
